Cath K Scrumminess.....

Well I have been a naughty little Pixie today. After work this morning I took myself off to Winchester to Cath Kidston to spend the 15% off voucher that was in Easy Living Magazine. I got some lovely stuff. A couple of pieces are not in the pics as they are destined for swaps.
Some beautiful fabric was purchased 1/2 metre of the new prairie flowers cotton duck, strawberries cotton duck and cotton haberdashery strawberry fabric. (yep I may use the strawberry fabric in my swap, not sure on what yet though)

I've been admiring all the lovely wrapping of swap parcels in blogland, so I finally got myself this book of stickers and labels for my parcels. (I don't know about you but I think stickers are quite exciting ;o)

Two sheets of very pretty wrapping paper. I love the fact they they are double sided.

A flour sifter, I use my hand to sprinkle flour on the worktop when I'm baking at the moment, but I always end up with big lumps. Now I shall have a fine dusting! A lovely new mug. I did have trouble choosing which one to get. Last but not least the flask that I've been drooling over in the catalogue, I think they only had another one left in the shop. I also wanted the food covers, but they were unfortunately sold out ;o(. Perhaps I'll try online for them

I did finish some sewing for the fabric addict swap yesterday, nearly there with that one now. Today I have some sewing to do for the Tilda swap, I think my swap partners a bit further along than me, so better get my but into gear. Thanks for the comments in my last post, it would seem we have a lot of spaniel fans out there! Well better drink my brew before it gets cold and get on with some sewing and housework :o(.

I got some more cotton eco bags yesterday as they are pretty and practical, and i'm too rubbish at sewing to make my own! Gotta love a bit of Cath! Have a great rest of a day and weekend! xxx

Wow, all gorgeous goodies! Jealous!!! Especially of the flour sprinkler. I find stickers exciting too, mostly because in this house they are always taken by the two smallest people ;)

I did a little order online this morning - some spotty pumps for me, one of those flour sprinklers & something that will come in handy for a swap ;)

Love your goodies. Can't wait to visit my first CK store in the summer - is going to be the highlight of my summer!!

Hi Pixie, sorry for the delay in replying to your comment, I've been looking after a poorly hen. The shabby chic barn was in Bradford-on-avon and it's called the Tithe Barn, all the information should be here http://www.bradfordonavon.co.uk/WhatToDo/tithebarn.html It's a lovely place to visit. Very envious of your Cath K goodies by the way. Been lusting after that flour shaker for a while :) Lizzyloolaa xxx

Such pretty things! I just said to the husband.....I MUST move to the UK!!!! I am going to search online for her things....love that fabric so much! I have been doing my best to find something like that here but so far no luck!

As a scrapbooker I am addicted to stickers! I think they sell those on the US Amazon???

Have a lovely week ahead! Hope things are warming up by you!

I love Kath's stuff! Her fabric is wonderful!!! I may have to go online, I don't know if there's a store anywhere in the US... I have to tell you, I was so inspired by your Tilda's I went online and ordered "Sew Sunny Homestyle" and I love it! All kinds of fun projects! Marva

It is so sad that in Canada, Cath Kidston stuff arrives on the backs of unicorns...now and then, I find some patchwork scraps on ebay and it is so exciting when they arrive. Ditto for Tilda's books. I so enjoy visiting your blog. Thanks!
