Mondays Ponderism....
Garden Rule: When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, its a valuable plant.
about em's quilt - it was a pattern that i have used for my two quilts (we are both beginners) it was really easy to do. but, if there is one piece of valuable advice i can give, it's go to a class. i'm not a great crafter, and i keep trying to learn myself and then i get really frustrated. going to a class has been fabulous.
make a quilt - they are warm and snuggly and as someone once told me - they make a house a home!

How horribly true. I may have to teach T that rule of thumb as he's currently unable to distinguish between my treasured plants and 'the others'.
